Mojo Monday 532

Hi everyone! It's time for another Mojo Monday sketch challenge! Are you ready to play?

As always, you're free to play along with any papercrafting products your heart desires and enter as many creations as you like. Use the sketch as inspiration for your creation, then come link it up below so I can come take a look! The linky for this challenge will close on March 15, 2020. I have included dimensions on the graphic later in this post, but feel free to change them up to suit your needs.

It's a brand new release and that means there's a brand new release at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! This month's Stamp of the Month is the Blessings in Disguise set and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's available for purchase or you can get it as a free gift with a purchase of $75 in the month of March.

I just had to ink up that coneflower from Blessings in Disguise first thing and do a little coloring with Zig clean color real brush markers.  I blended with a wink of stella clear glitter brush pen, then fussy cut the image and set aside to work on my background.

The background is done on watercolor paper, smooshing broken china and peacock feather inks onto packaging and then onto my paper.  I thought the turquoise was a great contrast with the bright yellows and oranges of the flower, so stuck with two similar colors for the smooshing. The sentiment is stamped onto a circle die cut, then I layered this onto a piece of cardstock I dry embossed with a maze embossing folder. A bit of lace fulfills the skinny vertical layer and I was done!
